Scheme
The AiD system includes data collection from machines, transfer to a database and evaluation using web visualization including export to open formats. Data is processed in a transactional manner and everything is backed up starting at the lowest level so that no data is lost in the event of system maintenance or communication failure.
The system for collecting and visualizing data from production technologies (lines, individual machines, etc.) has been developed by our company under the name Any Industrial Data (hereinafter referred to as „AiD“) and has already been applied and tested on production technologies over the past years. The AiD system communicates via an internet connection with cloud storage where it stores the required data in real-time. Data is handled in a transactional manner, so that data is secured against loss from the lowest level. The AiD web application is then used to view this data conveniently. There, the authorized user can access online and historical records of individual technologies. These users can access and view the data from virtually anywhere they have an internet connection. A personal computer, smartphone, or tablet can be used to view the data. Data can also be exported to various formats (e.g. Microsoft Excel, CSV, ...) and then processed, backed up externally, etc. The AiD system also enables the provision of an API for communication with external programs, so that, for example, the customer's ERP system can process the stored data.

Analyzing OEE and productivity

In the stored data it is possible to trace back the machine parameters at a given moment. This way you can always control the machine and the quality.

Back-tracing parts

AiD stores production data (temperatures, pressures, times, ...) for each part produced. An individual part has a unique ID so that each part can be traced back and you can view its production data. You can use this information for reporting to the customer, for example.

Analyzing input materials

Since the AiD is monitoring consumption of any input material, you can analyze how much of this material is used for one product and optimize it.

From operator to CEO

Visualization is useful for both the machine operator and the plant director. The operator can check the production parameters and the director has an overview of the production.
