Our project portfolio includes a variety of equipment ranging from simple single-purpose machines through multi-operation presses to complex production lines with the participation of many subcontractors, whose equipment we connect into higher functional units. Part of the implementation of such large-scale technologies is of course the design of interfaces and communication protocols. The focus of our projects is on machinery for the production and processing of nonwovens and plastics for soundproofing and decorative components for automotive interiors. We actively cooperate with the designers of the mechanical parts of the machines and are able to identify problems and design solutions based on our experience, e.g. hydraulic systems, electrical and pneumatic drives, etc.

Depending on customer requirements, we usually deploy the latest Siemens Simatic control systems in Europe and Allen-Bradley control systems overseas. For fast and efficient implementation and to facilitate later technological modifications, we use modern elements with communication based on ProfiNet and ASi-Bus or DeviceNet protocols. For critical continuous operations, we provide a hotline service and remote management of control systems via the Internet. Electrical design and documentation are created using ePlan software, which is the de-facto standard in the industry.
